Deposit Rules

Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all withdrawals requested on pbd9:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are ordinarily processed within 24 hours on business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment account used for your deposit. pbd9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• pbd9 may request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳20,000. This is a standard security measure and is not indicative of any fault on the part of the user.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

pbd9 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated clearly on each individual promotion page.

6. Prohibited Activities

In order to maintain the integrity of the pbd9 platform and to protect all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Any user found to have engaged in any of the activities listed below may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all balances and winnings forfeited, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features without human input.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, collusion with other players, or deliberate exploitation of software errors or glitches.

• Opening or attempting to open more than one account, providing false personal information during registration, or impersonating another person in any way.

• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location for the purpose of accessing pbd9 from a prohibited jurisdiction.
